The BistroThe Bistro is Castle Medical Center’s cafeteria, located in the hospital’s lower level and open to the public.
In keeping with the traditions of the Seventh-day Adventist Church, The Bistro emphasizes good health.
Several features distinguish The Bistro from the cafeterias in most hospitals:
We know that not everyone is attuned to a healthful way of eating, and we do offer snacks and beverages in the cafeteria for everyone, but we encourage the public to come join us for a nutritious and economical alternative.
The hours for The Bistro are:
Breakfast: Mon.–Fri., 6:30–9 a.m. Closed holidays.
Lunch: Daily, 11 a.m.–1:30 p.m.
Dinner: Daily, 4:30–6:30 p.m.
Snacks: Mon.–Fri., 6:30 a.m.–6:30 p.m., and Sat., Sun., and holidays, 11 a.m.–6:30 p.m.
