Mary Arakaki, registered dietician at Castle’s Surgical Weight Loss Institute, has appeared on
KHON2 TV’s “Hawai‘i’s Kitchen” morning show, with Manolo Morales, to prepare
dishes that are healthy for everyone, regardless of weight. All of the dishes she prepares
are vegetarian, and so delicious.
