Conflict Prevention, Management, and Resolution (CPMR)—Recertification (Drill)

This recertification class (drill) teaches caregivers strategies for identifying and managing verbal and non-verbal conflict to provide for the welfare, safety, and security of individuals in their care when encountering violent situations.

Once a year, starting in the calendar year after first being certified in CPMR, participants will need to take this class in order to maintain their certification.

Castle Employees—FREE

The class is limited to ten students and is open only to employees of Castle’s Emergency, Security, and Behavioral Health Services departments.

Registration must be made at least two days in advance of the class.

Attendees should wear casual pants and sneakers.
